You’ve got great people working in your business, but the world is changing fast and they constantly have to solve new challenges.
Old ways of working aren’t cutting it now, so you'd love the teams to bring some new energy to their work and a fresh approach
...but how can you empower them to start thinking more creatively?

A common language
Everybody has the ability to think more creatively, but you need to create the right mental conditions and simple structures to make creative problem solving…practical.
By doing so you give your people a common language that connects everyone and can be understood throughout the entire business.
Having the skills and confidence to lead with a creative mindset allows people to develop better options for the problems they face.
When you have better options, you always make better decisions
Hi I'm Matt, and from working with the world's leading creative organisations for the last 15 years, I have discovered 3 barriers stopping us from being more creative at work.
I am on a mission to make people aware of these barriers and give them practical advice on how to overcome them so that they can lead with a fresh approach and creative thinking, no matter their job title.
Together we will increase the confidence and expertise in all things creative thinking for every person in your business.

Matt's ability to drop into any global or cultural context has helped me create behaviour change in literally thousands of co-workers.
Kirk Vallis, Head of Creative Development, Google
If I asked you to list the most creative companies in the world you would probably think of Google, Spotify, Dyson, Disney, Coca Cola & Unilever.
Behind the scenes, I have trained many of their people to think more creatively at work.
Companies like this believe that ideas can come from anyone and anywhere, so they invest in creative development through training at events and residential retreats.
This is a serious commitment of time and money...

Having trained over 40,000 people since 2005, I have distilled the key ingredients of everything I have learned into an exciting new 20-part video learning program with the aim to give anyone, regardless of job title, the skills and confidence to think on their feet, and look at problems in flexible ways.
INTRODUCING...
Creative Problem Solving
...MADE PRACTICAL

A fresh new online programme that will transform the way the people in your business think about - everything!
It links brain science and psychology with very practical approaches to help get in the right mindset for creative thinking backed up by simple skills to generate new and different solutions.
The approaches are not just theoretical, they have all been practiced in the real world on real challenges and you will hear lots of stories to bring that to life.
I guarantee that by the end of this program your teams will:
Understand the behaviours they need to find a positive outcome to any challenge they face
Have a common language understood throughout the entire business
Be more confident in their creative ability
Have more awareness when they are stuck in old ways of thinking
Be able to think more creatively on demand, alone and with others

Matt shares simple science which is fascinating but also makes it practical by giving you tips on how to implement it every single day.
James Cranmer, Managing Partner Triplepoint
In the program I...
Define creativity as a critical skill in the future of work and make it more accessible to anybody no matter what role they are in.
Reveal the 3 big barriers getting in the way of our ability to think more creatively in our daily work.
Share simple approaches to get in the right mindset to think creatively. After all, no technique will work unless you are thinking in the right way.
Share lots of tools and techniques to give creative thinking a bit of structure. It sounds ironic, but creativity thrives on a simple structure.
Explain how to apply the approaches in both a solo setting or when working with others, and also in-person versus virtual.
